Mr. Muntz believes that art stimulates the imagination, develops self-esteem and encourages openness towards the opinions of others.  Art offers opportunities to students that are not available through other subjects alone.  By interconnecting the art program to other disciplines, students not only benefit from the structure of each class, but also from the diversity of the subjects. Diversity of interests is what drives Mr. Muntz.  Outside of the art room, he also coaches lacrosse and 9th grade football.

Mr. Muntz tries to learn right along with his students and players every day, and help them understand how fun it is to create, build, work and learn. His interests in art are grounded in painting and 3D design.  He loves music too and likes to play guitar and sing.  He lives in West Chester with his wife and two children.
